The date and time is automatically set whenever you sync to your computer/phone. If however your Date and Time won't automatically update after a Sync you can do the following: For SonoHealth mobile app:

  • From Inside the App, Go into Menu>Settings>Recording Time (then change to a different recording time) this will force a hard sync and will set time.

AND/OR

  • From Inside the App, Go into Menu>Settings>Device Sound> (then toggle ON/OFF) this will force a hard sync and will set time.

For Desktop Software: All you need to do is sync data to your computer. (connect to computer via USB cable) 

(PLEASE NOTE:  Only new recordings will be on correct time, old recordings will stay the same)
